Shangri La Casinos, well known among the players of the former Soviet bloc of countries and Eastern Europe, have received various recognition from independent experts over the years for outstanding quality of customer service and it’s guest relations. Two casinos, one in Georgia and one in Belarus received highest awards in each country, confirming the excellent level of service, which is equivalent to recognizing them as the best of kind in their countries.
The establishments are managed by Storm International, Michael Boettcher founded the company in 1992. Since then, the principles of work and maintenance have been formed and constantly improved.
Shangri La Tbilisi received the Golden Brand Award in 2017 for the second time in a row. This prize is awarded after a thorough examination of the applicant in many ways. The evaluation involves not only users, but also numerous experts.
Shangri La Minsk won the Choice of the Year competition for 5 years in a row. The prize is awarded by an international company that impartially assesses the smallest details in the work of a casino.
